Knee felt almost healed these days I was off work. However as soon as I spend a few hours at my desk the pain started again. I'm suspecting the chair I'm using is the culprit.
Yesterday I finally went for two hours to the gym. Did not feel weak at all, did a good workout with my arms and upper chest.
On the good side, these holidays basically at bed watching Netflix got me from 250 lbs to 220 lbs, since I was eating at home (fridge full of mostly fish and veggies because the Doctor's order) and not at restaurants.
Let's see if I can keep losing fat mass and start chiseling the muscles behind.
