Day 6 of 30DS

Is it okay to have a healthy supper before sleep? Like salad? I don't know why it is so hard to resist food at my bf's lol.

Day 7 of 30DS

Level 1 of 30DS is getting easier but I just realize that I did push-up wrongly although I followed Anita's version lolol! Today, I ate over 1200kcal. Sigh. Bf's house has this unexplainable aroma that makes me eat. Oh well, I shouldn't blame his house. It's me. I'm afraid of not seeing results after 30days because I don't really eat well. Sigh.

I just weighed myself. I'm 51kg now! Yay! I'll see what my weight will be tomorrow morning. Nyehehehe!
