Not been able to exercise in the gym second week now. I have got very bad withdraw simptoms of my reduced meds. But I I did managed to book 2 sessions for next week. I think even with what is going on with me right now I need start somewhere. So next week will be a battle - Yelena against of treadmill and weights and rest of gym machines. Let this battle begin!!!

Thank you very much for your comments,pituka and gary. Yes, pituka, I am proud of myself booking the gym sessions even if I am not feeling good. 😇But hopefully all my simptoms will behave next week .😂
