Hi,everybody! I think it's time to introduce myself.
I am 40 years old. All my life I am suffering from obesity. Biggest weight been in 2008-2010(120 kg). I managed by myself to loose 15kg. And from 2010 my weight was 105 kg. I am suffering with bad left knee and back pain.
I found Fatsecret site and decided to join in. I do want to loose extra weight: to became healthier and happier and be more positive . Can I loose extra weight? Yes, I can. Is this journey will be difficult and challenging for me? Yes, it will be. But I think I must overcome my big pain in my left knee and in my back and push myself to use gym 3-4 times per week ,and do some exercises at home and main thing eat HEALTHY food.
I do appreciate everybody's help and support. If you want to ask me more questions about me, please do, always will be happy to answer.

My tip to you is swim , swim swim as much as u can , there will be no impact at all on your joints , if u like me are not feeling your best in swim wear go at the latest quiet time and just hurry in to the water 😂 that’s what I do , your goal is to go shopping and pick out that fave swim wear / dress you know your GOING TO look amazing in and hang it up some where to see ever day 😘 Then after a few months swimming get your self a second hand exercise bike set your timer to 15 mins , stick your iPad on or tv and watch ya fave tv program , this I do and the time flys by , I try my best to burn 200 cals a time 3 times a day , this is not hard to find the time to do , I’m 48 with twin girls oi look after xx good luck xx

Good luck! You can do it ! Я тоже несколько лет назад сходила с ума от боли в суставах, задыхалась на лестничных подъемах и пряталась от своего отражения в зеркале . Мне так тяжело было жить в этом теле, что я решила изменить все так, чтобы я радовалась себе, а не мучилась.. Да, с одной стороны дисциплина, это как бы насилие над собой- ты хочешь скушать скушать конфетку, но вместо этого становишься в планку или приседаешь, но с другой стороны эта дисциплина приносит результат и ты получаешь еще больше мотивации работать над собой.. Моя сестра начала 15 февраля со 109кг, вчера была 100кг. Она даже калл не считает, просто ест здоровые продукты.. Так что, если нужна какая то помощь, не стесняйся..

Thank you very much to all of you for your comments. about swimming ( it is an idea, but I can't swim). One thing what I can do in the pool to walk from one side of pool to another side and to do some exercises in the water (something like aerobics in the pool). How emmalilly suggests: I have got already nice exercise bike. I forgot about it, it's in the shed. I will bring it from the shed into the house. And with all my big pain I need to be mindful to dial with everyday tasks and exercises and as Mckenzie007 said: "take each day as it comes". With my depression and my aches I need stay POSITIVE.

Why not book yourself some swimming lessons? It’s never too late to learn and many places offer adult only sessions. If you’re booked in, you’ve no excuse not to go. Take care, Yelena 👍🏻

Оля, большое спасибо за Вашу историю и историю Вашей сестры. Несколько лет назад мой вес дошёл до 120 кг. У меня была депрессия,короче срыв. но я смогла похудеть без всякой помощи и за месяц сбросила 15 кг. И сейчас остались stubborn килограммы,которые тяжело сбросить. Я обязательно обращусь к Вам за помощью, хотя я очень стеснительная. 😊

Лена, если вы есть на фейсбуке, зайдите в группу Health Queens/Королевы здоровья. Там очень много полезной информации по питанию. Админ там сертифицированный нутрициолог и делится информацией. Очень много девочек( от 20 до 60 лет) худеют, есть подгруппы, в которых она следит за питанием худеющих( но это платный труд, конечно) и те, кто не ленится, очень хорошо худеют. Каждый месяц желающие делятся своими достижениями. Вот, как раз в конце месяца можно будет посмотреть и при желании, конечно, присоединиться..
