I only lost 3 tenths of a pound this week. Not surprising. I have been painting my bedroom and main bathroom and not working out for 3 days. this week, that is the most I've missed since I started this in January. The diet was a little sketchy on a few days too. Kept it within the RDI but not my usual fare. I am determined to stay at it. This will be a better week. Still painting though. Phil and Tye got my stationary bike fixed so that is great!! My hips have been hurting, don't know if it is the elliptical trainer or just normal wear and tear, (getting old) So here's to a great fat busting week. :-)

Painting can be taxing on the muscles. You still burn pretty good calories.
