Two pounds of what I assume was water weight, gone! Woo! It feels good. I gave myself a good kick in the butt while I sat around a couple days ago and thought about what I could change in my life. We started running using the couch to 5k app on my phone. Its not hard and I told my husband, I don't care to go for speed. I just want to get out and get moving and the app is a no brainer and tells you when to run and when to walk. Now I just need to find shorts with pockets or an arm band or something so I don't have to hold it while we run. We ran before breakfast this morning and it felt good. Plus, we still need to hoop today.

My husband also made another good suggestion. We decided to cut down on eating out to once a week, as well as any sort of drinking. He thought it would be a good idea to have to choose between the two. You can either go out to eat or you can have a beer. Whoa. Good one. Do I want a whole meal I do not have to cook or an alcoholic beverage? This will cut down on calories quite a bit!
