Ok, the back pain is much worse now and I'm sure it's a pulled muscle - more than likely from pushing myself too hard yesterday or the day before. Not only will I be unable to tackle the Beast or even do yoga today; but I cannot even bend in any direction without horrible, sharp jabs in my lower back. Hubby has ordered me to bed on a heating pad along with ibuprofen until tomorrow along with strict instructions on not to double up on my workout tomorrow. This bites. On the positive side, maybe I will finally get some much needed rest.
