I am not going to let the stress at work or the stress at home be my downfall. I am not going to put any expectations on the emotionless scale that sits in my bathroom. I am not going to eat because I'm stressed, tired or upset. I'm going to pick myself up, dust myself off and get back in the zone.

Stay strong! Everything you said is right on--it's just easier said than done sometimes. But since you recognize the potential danger, you'll be able to make it through this. I'm very good at recognizing them now but I am not always good at being stronger than the emotions. You're a little farther along than I am...I know you can do this. Don't eat out of stress. Go beat up the beast to get your stress out!

Sensible dinner (as usual) and in spite of the pain in my back, I'm going to hit the Beast tonight with a passion!!!
