Ok - I did some research and I think I'm going to follow the advice of WebMd. It can't hurt anyway. Instead of spending 40 minutes on the Beast tonight, I'm going to alternate 4 minutes of hardcore cardio with 2 minutes of weight training in 5 sets. Hopefully, I will begin to see some positive results soon!!! I'm hopeful anyway.
