I'm realizing it's been a year since I hit my goal weight, and excluding a couple days here and there where it increased a couple pouds and dropped back down, it has stayed off! I know I still need to prevent myself from returning to my old ways or it'll go back, but I'm happy that I've been able to keep it off without logging or measuring calories. My lifestyle has changed enough that I no longer do this, but I do make sure to get on the scale every morning because if I start to gain again, i will returned to measuring servings and calorie counting before it gets out of control.
