This morning was exciting! Got in one hour of brisk walking today incl. 3 intervals of jogging. If the dry weather holds would be nice to do the sea wall tomorrow.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
