I know this doesn’t look very appetising but it’s honestly delicious! It’s also in a much smaller bowl than what the picture suggests haha. So sometimes I have this as a cheeky ‘dessert’ - really hits that nomnomnom spot without the naughty calories! ✨😆✨

FutureLife Zero with a spoonful of sugar and salt free peanut butter and a small dash of honey - soooooo yummy! And I mix the FutureLife with cold water instead of milk- it doesn’t make a huge taste difference and it save a bunch of calories 💪😎✨
