So this morning after yoga I decided that instead of buying ‘future clothes’ (buying clothing that’s too small in the hopes that I’ll fit into it one day) I invested in some activewear! Cotton On has the most amazing range of activewear, and they have the best sales! I got some lovely gym tanks at only R100 each, and gym pants for R200. Their activewear lasts aaaages- I’ve still got pants from like 4yrs ago that are in tip-top shape (unlike myself, Hahaha). Having pretty clothes to wear to gym is also a big motivating factor for someone like me who’s obsessed with fashion! But I truly believe that feeling good in what you wear can make a difference for everybody ☺️ on the days that you feel down and demotivated and like you can’t possibly get through one more moment on your weight-loss journey- buy yourself some epic activewear and go show it off ;)
