345am ...36..feels like 28..goood tuesday morning...eyes are open..fingers cant seem to find the right keys..alot of backspacing is happening..just got done with day 2 of meditation..an i stayed awake this time..

was just so tired yesterday..not sure why..went to bed last night at 6pm..slept all night..well cept for a bathroom visit..woke up this morning feeling refreshed an ready to take on another greatttttttt day...

rained all night last night..the time i was up to tinkle..i went to kitchen to get a drink..an it was pouring then..but at this hour of the morning rain is over..for a few days..i need some sunshine..

todays plan..wake up more on zwift with my morning ride..get them endorphines running wild once again..get the fat burning..move move move..

gotta burn more then you take in thru the day..only way to make it all work..

well time to move it ..move it..move it..get this day started out right...

GOOOOD MORNING..plan had been to workout today..plans change..body said noway today...so guess its gonna be a day off from zwift...sometimes its hard to listen to my body..but listening keeps one from over training an having major set backs..an rest is good for both the mind an the body...
