I am haapy about my progress with my diet now I have lost 23 pounds. But I do think I have working on the hard fat and it is coming off a little slower but that is ok. I will not be discouraged.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
