2 more pounds lost. We are now in iffy territory. I have not seen below 172 pounds since first having the twins, and my weight has been fluxing because of the holidays until I decided to take control of my weight on January 2, 2008.
Every time I'm tempted by something I have to keep thinking to myself, "It's easier to maintain the weight than it is to lose it. Stay away from XYZ until you've obtained your goal weight." Even then there's no excuse to be a pig, but it's easier to lose 2-3 extra pounds than it is to lose 50+.
Note to self -- it's time to update the MP3 player with a workout playlist for those elliptical hauls!
