trying to find the time to exercise!!

i work 40 hours, go to school 18 hours.

when do i get to exercise?!

finding time to exercise.. used to sleep less and worked out but it became extremely difficult to do that.. lost control over my appetite and lost control over my life~!!!

If you want it, you will make time. I work 40 hours and have a 6 month old at home. I want to work out, so I get up at 4:30 while she is still sleeping. Unfortunately we have to make sacrifices for what we want. Good luck!

Do you work on the weekends? If not, carve out 30 minutes Saturday and Sunday. Pick one or two days during the week and and find 30 minutes. You can do it if you really want to. There are exercise dvds 30 minutes or less. I think Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is 20 minutes and kicks butt. Go for a walk on your lunch break. Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Put on music while cooking dinner and dance. Cook some meals on Sunday to cut prep time during the week. Use a crock pot so you have more time to work out. Squeeze it in where you can. It will help with the stress of work and school.
