Nutty day. Foggy. Lazy. Almost 3pm. Still not hungry. I'm going to need to force it before I have a sugar crash. I have some leftover Carnitas. With salad greens, avocado, salsa and some sour cream. I think I could choke that down. lol See ya later. Love you. 😁❤

Jackie on days like that a handful of nuts or a piece if cheese can suffice. If you don’t want to choke down a full meal, don’t. LOL 🙋🏻Your body will scream when it’s hungry, loud and clear and you can have the salad and carnitas ready to go in the fridge for then. 🤷🏻‍♀️
