75.6? Bugger ate a bit over this hot weekend, lots of cream, yoghurt & strawberries (and a few beers). Will have to be good for the rest of the week.

But BGL this morning 6.1, in the usual range of variance, so all good
166.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
