IM BACK!!.....ANYONE FOR SALSA???... I found my Zumba the 20 Minute Express Workout dvd put it in and completed it.... YYYEEESSS!!!! I love that one...the instructor he is so much fun and he gets you to really move.. I'm in love with salsa.... the salsa section...of course is a fave ...its all fun though...if you get the dvd... remember to pull your hair back up in a tie if its longer...and have your water bottle near because there is tons of water drinking that will occur...then ZUMBA Away!! .its intense but a fun intense....I love it... No ankle problems did I have and I was able to keep up...this will stay in plan daily I have decided... 16 hr days or not... I'm back to being hooked.. Taebo dvd I will try and tackle later..that one is new to me I'm going to have to walk through that a few times or even more.. Knowledge is key ...yay! for doing Zumba..and yay! for me....I'm ready to move.... its time and I'm so ready ha ha;)
