So I got my new scale and got a higher reading...this could just be because I'm home and drinking more water though...I won't really know if I'm losing until I consistently use this scale.
Luckily, today was a pretty good day! I finally stayed within my limits and ran even though I didn't really want to! I'm finally getting less sore from the past 2 days of yoga and heading back tomorrow! Just trying to string those green days together before Spain : )
Also, I was cleaning out my room and found my Weight Watchers book from 1/3/10. Weighed the same as I do now and that was 11th grade! My 5% goal was 8 lbs, I think thats a good one for now. No more desserts except on special occasions and only when I share! That's my biggest weakness FOR SURE
