I have GOT to stop with the sweets and start running more! Big run tomorrow morning followed by golf. I just need to curb my cravings and knuckle down.

no more messing around...I really gotta get serious with this. I've totally slacked off and while I haven't gained much weight, I feel awful and out of shape. Which is HORRIBLE since I have a half marathon coming up! I need to start upping fruits and veggies and protein and cutting out sweets

I'm getting so frustrated from this weight gain even though I haven't been over-eating and I've been exercising more than usual!!! I don't know what it is....ughhhh
