The last 7 days were not good workout wise. Lost power for a few days and so much snow to shovel. Back on track now. Hope to see improvements at next Thursday weigh in

169.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
