Thanks for the support - crazy day again - ate that buffalo chicken salad with ranch - dinner ate japenese restaurant for don 19. birthday - ADHD he has come a long way - I'm. very proud as with all my kids - ate steak, chicken - eggs and some noodles with yum yum sauce - taking half home -

Besides ice cream every once in a while , I keep doing the 30 day 45 pounds eating method I did in October - November - it says what to eat , not how much - I can't explain that - It is great for me -

Enjoy your food ( good food) , get some recipes that make you eat that food , prepared differently all the time so as not to get into a rut - core food hamburger for example , like patty , meatloaf , sloppy joe , Mexican , or any other way -

Enjoy your exercise - walks , play with dog , kids , grand kids , golf, whatever you like - I do stretching , isometrics , recumbent bike but non of these all of the time - air guitar LOL

This is a lifestyle and more carbs again make my weight go up , less carbs bring my weight down - protein burns fat but needs lots of fluids to make this happen - - DRINK YOUR FLUIDS !

Lot of neat people here , you see someone being successful the way you think you can do it , follow em , give it a go -

You can lose waistline , other ways than thinking about weight - don't panic !

Lose a couple pounds at a time , celebrate , couple more celebrate - very successful way to do it -
