Wow! Going back through my Journal entries. I have found out there are so many momentous ups and downs. It is good to have the Journal there to see why each one happened good or bad. I have gained insight into myself. Guess that is what this journal thing is all about. It does help. Now back on track for the hundredth time. Never give up. A set back is just a rest stop on the journey. You, re leave your self, refresh yourself, then get back on the journey. Today is a new day get started.
