I didnt do so well with Easter Dinner. I ate way too much, especially with salty and sweet foods. I am definitely paying for it today. Boy, do I have a headache and I feel like a slug. Hopefully this coffee with help. I messed up yesterday, but can get back on track today. I usually do great during the week days, and really mess up on the weekends. Just because it's the weekend, doesn't give me the go ahead to eat whatever I want. Next weekend will be different. I plan on doing alot of outside work when I get home today. I have ALOT of calories to burn off.
