Wt 184. 8. Not eating wheat and not eating a lot of salt made a 3.2 lb difference in two days. Blood pressure 128/61. fasting Blood sugar was 123. I need to write down my calories to really control stuff, but taking the extra half atenolol and taking the culturally seems to be helping with blood pressure and nausea feelings. Got a fresh siege of whatever this virus is last night when I was so tired. Ear ache, pain in neck from base of ear to collar bone, fatigue, nausea. Some dizziness with this virus also. I think it gets into ears and sinus. But it went away with a good night's sleep. I apparently need more than 8 hours sleep to feel as well as I can. With vitamin D and calcium I do feel better. It's not so hard to climb stairs now. Although left knee still aches a little, it's not hurting much at all. There are things I can do to feel better and I should pursue them. No one lives forever but feeling well and capable as long as possible is a good thing.
