Today was the first day i strayed from my diet since it began on May 14th. I had spicy cajun chicken linguini alfredo from Red Lobster. I also ate two sour belts and a brownie. Time to go 30 more days. Tomorrow begins the 7X7, my goals is to do cardio 7 days per week for 7 weeks, while still maintaining a 5 day split.
