After a 39mins jogging sess! I need to adjust my food intake and pay closer to my calories. Started IF this week and starting boxing this Monday ! hope everyone has a blessed day! And keep reaching new goals !
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
