I just realized I am almost under 170 again, and I am now in tears:*-). This has been so hard but so worth it. Thank You Lord for not giving up on me and continuing to push me when I gave up on myself and couldn't go any farther. Still a long road ahead, but You are here and because of that I can do this :)
