1,200 calories for days and not losing? That's depressing.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Basically yea, but specifically weight lifting. You can still lose muscle from cardio, you can still lose muscle without enough protein & without enough carbs to use as fuel for muscle glycogen. Everything in the body works in unison, when people start subtracting more of one area of protein/fat/carbs then it has to compensate for the loss and it usually ends up being to some degree
