I think I lost some weight cause the dog bit me and I can't binge..but I did feed myself for solace the first two nights (sat and sunday)..on the other hand, my caloric intake was pretty low. But a pound? Well. no longer constipated. maybe that's it. It's amazing that one pound makes me think my pants are looser. or are they? WOKE UP AT 4AM HAVING NIGHTMARE. FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE, LONG AND WINDING STORYY. I WAS GUILTY. VERY UPSET. I WAS AFRAID TO GO BACKTO SLEEP. HAD EXTRA SNACKS. unfortunate.
