23 more pounds to go for my goal weight. Starting out at 265 lbs I'm down to 158 I hate all the loose skin but Ill continue to work on it all without surgery or pills .
158.0 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

little birdie told me that if you will use coconut oil on your skin, it will help bring back the elasticity. going to try it. I'll let you know (got LOTS of excess skin.)
