my weight keeps going up and down by two pounds either way but today I hit a lower weight than it's ever hit since I started this in Jan so maybe I've inched down a true half pound. I did a ton of housework yesterday (sun coming out = spring cleaning) and yoga and walked, and was too busy to eat. Plus I was so tired I fell asleep before 11. Also modifying things like reducing oil and mayo, replacing mayo on sandwiches on one half with hot peppers.... every little thing counts. Am not obsessively putting in what I eat every day, but going to check in to see on days when I eat differently to see whether I'm in or out of my target range. Swimming more and longer too. If I lose then pounds by June I'll be happy at this rate.
