Maintenance

Up a bit this week but I have had a few meals out, some long work days and some comfort eating. Have kept up the exercise though and will drop again this week. No doubts there. I'm not concerned. Maintenance is maintenance. Up and down.

Emotional eating is one of my biggest pitfalls. Always has been. I have developed different interests and ideas to do instead of comfort eating when I am stressed, like walking, a drive, coffee with a friend, or work on the car or in the garden. However, sometimes I think it is okay to just give in. Then correct. I gave in this week.

Relationships are hard work. Sometimes you just have to let them end. Been one of those weeks. New beginnings for me this week. And back on track with my eating. Still stressed with work though. Oh well, just deal with it girl!

Onwards and downwards.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 61.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

oh I comfort eat but I also think about food pretty much all the time. I think mines more mental. Especially with the whole relationships thing. I tend to make myself feel better with food! Your attitude towards it is great and very optimistic, always helps with a change of perspective. Thanks for sharing ☺
