So I don't know if it's the weather or allergies or a cold that's zapping my energy but I'm still dragging! Not much energy, not much appetite.
I ran five at the gym yesterday and did almost an hour on the Cybex today and still feel SLOW! Was hoping that a couple days back in the routine would perk up my energy but no such luck so far.
The scale is at least cooperating so that's been motivating.
I'm signed up to run a 10K on Saturday and while I know I can finish I'm hoping by then I'll regain my normal energy level and make it a great run! Fingers crossed that the weather improves by then....4 days of rain doesn't do much to inspire.
