Good morning lovelies! first day back with the me to coffee in a few months and I'm so happy to be back. These days I am working at a call center and would really love to hear any fitness tips for people who typically sit all day. my desk does have the ability to sit or stand, any tips that won't make me sound winded on the phone would be excellent

Could you sit on an exercise ball? That will give your thighs passive exercise as you make small movements to stay balanced. Also, I used to power walk during lunch, but that requires a good neighborhood.
