Holding steady and doing well. Busy day at work yesterday, but I am dealing with the stress. Rain again today so I am not going to bike in. I know it is an excuse – but I have no shame about being a fair weather biker. I am going to stick at 30NC for just a bit longer – I will add another 10 – but just want to make sure my weight is holding steady first.
