ok so i've been following my low carb diet very well over the weekend...i also started strength training, i see the inches going, but the scale isnt moving and im getting frustrated. could it be more muscle? can you gain muscle that fast to make an impact on weight? i usuall lose anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds weekly just by walking and following my diet, i've added strength training and no weightloss! hmmm well hope i can find some answers about this soon, but im not gonna give up...never! im in it for the long haul...
