Ravyne Hawke's Journal, 27 February 2018

Aside from the consistent pain in my left hip and down my left leg (I am thinking sciatic issue), I woke up feeling really good this morning. Even the neuropathy in my feet feels better. I think that MSM is really benefiting me greatly. In more good news... my BS this morning was 114! Holy cow! It hasn't been this low for a morning reading in... well, I cannot remember when. Maybe that's why I am feeling good today.

Going to force myself to do a little early Spring cleaning in my room today. I haven't done a good dusting since October and my normal well-organized piles of things are in disarray and the OCD in me is kicking in. So time to straighten things and dust.

lol Ravyne sound like a great plan. Is the pain the hip or the muscle what does the doc say? There are exercises online for sciatica, hope it ends quickly, maybe heating pad!

Thanks 8Patty. The pain starts in my lower back, into my left hip (feels like bone ache, not muscle), down my left leg (mostly on the side and back of the leg) and settles into my left knee cap. I just made an appointment with my doc. So I should know in a few days.

Thanks hun. Mine might be caused by a herniated disk. I fell hard on me arse from a ladder onto a cement floor once many years ago and have had issues off and on since. I do hope the weight loss will ease it though.
