after going to dells this weekend, eating was not bad. surprised myself in my choices. I had a bite out of hubby's burger and went back to my salad. not bad at all if I say so myself!!! maybe this time around, the scale and I will get along!
298.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 178.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
