Yesterday was my birthday. I logged my food as normal but I could not edit some items like the olive garden dish which I had with no pasta. They replaced it with veggies noodles yes no pasta so glad if you ask they will make sure it is pasta free. I has the 5 cheese fandue with 2 pieces of the very small toast the served with it and that I didn't log I figured the carbs and calories were with the steak dish I had as t only ate about 6 bites. The salad i had at lunch was still with me. but we were celebrating my birthday and my grand daughters grand champion cheer competition placement. She chose the venue. I can not deny her. All and all I only show a 4oz gain but we all know Monday will be the correct amount gained. I don't feel guilty as I did have a great time and did it in moderation. Today I am back on track. 2 eggs and 3 peices of bacon for breakfast. my niece and I are going to the gym at 2 for cardiovascular training. have to say the sugar carbs today made me feel bad, sugar makes me jittery.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
