I an doing ketos and averaging a loss of 0.5 lbs a day does this sound right? All suggestions are welcome. I am also looking for a broccoli and cheese soup recipe that will work for a ketos diet. Thanks all.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
