Too much sodium this week.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 72.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you... I got into the beef jerky... good protein but WAY too much salt. My legs are tight with all the water I'm holding right now. :p

I bought beef jerky too and for some reason a few of my other choices this week were higher in sodium than I usually eat.
