I'm kind of confused... Are you actually refeeding a little now? If not, do you have any clues as to what's caused your ketosis to taper off so much?

I get only 2/3 meatballs per day if any. That's basically my refeed. I have to avoid it though, it's making me gain weight and throw me out of ketosis  

You sure you want to go until Easter..? I'll try not to worry about it if you say so, but that's an awful long time. :P  

P.S, if you kill yourself doing this, I'm never speaking to you again as long as you live. ;)

I might be dumb but I don't know how to check for ketosis and where do the keto #s come from 

@dana.shaffer I use Ketostix to check my ketosis, you can find them at any drug store 😊 @Meadowmist - I feel great! I have way enough fat on me to handle even a water-only fast for another 3 months!! I'm not crazy, I always listen my body, if I don't feel right I would eat something 😊 Thanks for caring!! 

Thanks, Pizza, I feel much more reassured now! I was a little afraid you could be leading yourself to anorexic tendencies! Just don't get too addicted to fasting. ;) Happy to know all is well! *hugs* :)
