Super excited about how the diet plan is going:
Been making lunch the biggest meal of the,day
Prepping veggie and fruit Tupperware for lunches with extras
Also I normally would not pay extra, but I payed the extra $39.99 just for the one year only maximum for my net Diary. I am getting a full weekly analysis and tracker of all vitamins and minerals in my daily and weekly reports and some other stuff. Free plan is also good, but I decided just for one year only to add some extra data, plus I get free articles and dietician inputs.
I am not going their live community, just sticking with fat secret on that one and the food and exercise intake. Using both together and my new plan, I see success ahead!!!☺☺
