So had a Fitness test this morning with my trainer, it tested my flexibilty, cardio, strength and endurance.
So my cardio was awesome, He had me running and then was checking my heart rate, my heart-rate is that off an olympian so I know all that cardio for the last 2 years has paid off. I did good in flexibilty, but need to improve in strength, my overall score was average so all I can do is improve, I will get another fit test in 2 months when I get back from vacation. It was kindof cool though to see were I measure up.
So I have been a little discouraged with my weight loss, b/c it has slowed down a bit. But last night I took my measurements and I have lost 11 inches just in the last 6 weeks, so talk about good progress :-)
Lesson for the day for me DONT ALWAY'S GO BY THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE, AFTER ALL IT IS JUST A NUMBER!!!
