So today cleaned out my closet and got rid of bags of clothes that were all to big, I say get rid of them and then I never have an excuse to go back.

I really really struggled at the gym tonight, but I did last for two hours, just have been really sluggish and no energy lately, but that's probably b/c last week I only got an average of four hour sleep a night!!

I need to start packing my suitcase tonight Im leaving for Australia in less than two days.

Last meeting with my trainer in the morning before I leave, I am going to miss my gym so much and just wish I could pack it in my suitcase with me.

But I plan on running and do the Jillian 30 day shred every day!!

Must feel great to get rid of those clothes you'll never wear again:) I just got rid of some that were too small from years ago. I decided that when I do get back to that size I want some current stuff. I plan to have lots more clothes to get rid of some day. I do plan to keep one pair of jeans as a reminder of how far I have come.

AUSTRALIA!!WOW! Enjoy the sun sea and sand!! I've heard good things about jillian's 30 day shred, can you review it and let me know good points? I dont really understand exercise videos...is it as good as a gym work out?? I love packing...just unpacked my stuff here! :)

It's so liberating tossing out those old clothes! Don't look back! ;) I have a short weekend trip and I know I'm going to miss the gym in those couple of days. How long are you in Australia for? Good for you keeping up on the running and incorporating other ways to exercise while you're gone! Get some sleep so you're rested for your awesome trip!

I will be in Australia for 9 weeks, a nice long long relaxing vacation, but I have lots of family and friends that still live there,

Don't worry I will still be keeping a journal, I will need this website more than ever b/c I wont have my gym support!!
