I am really excited to start full time at my new job tonight. I'm a kitchen manager of a locally owned restaurant. Working in food has been part of my down fall when it comes to my weight. Having to taste everything, getting hungry in the middle of a rush and eating extra fries or croutons. I am so excited about this job because we don't even own a frier. Nothing in this restaurant is deep fried. They have one of the healthiest menus I've seen in long time.
