I met with a Trainer at the gym yesterday. Explained so much to me. I was suprised to find out that I have over 100 pounds of muscle! He said that I need to dring 100oz of water to hydrate it and 100 gm of Protein to feed it. Then it will go to work for me and burn off that stubborn fat! Today is the first workout session with another trainer. Looking forward to it! :)
